RULES: Making Tourneys

Righto, here's the place for tourneys on all games that use Nintendo Wi-Fi connection other than Pokemon.

Don't make a tourney that someone else is running or is extremely similar. Don't spam/flame people's tourneys, don't bother mods or me by asking for it stickied. It won't be.
